Yes. All first-time clients are required to complete a Service Intake Form before an appointment can be scheduled. This information helps BeaAnn’s Solutions™ understand the service need, prepare an accurate quote, and arrive properly prepared.
Clients who have previously completed and received service may request future appointments by phone, voicemail, or email without completing a new intake form, provided it has been less than two months since the last completed service. If more than two months have passed, a new intake form may be requested to ensure all information remains current and accurate.
It includes routine support for primary living areas up to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including kitchen and bathroom maintenance, floors, bed straightening, walkway clearing, trash removal, and light organization.
Yes. One extra room may be added per visit through Room Reset Services, as long as it is outside the standard service category already included.
No. The website lists our primary services. Extended service requests may be discussed during the Service Intake review and consultation. Availability depends on the scope of work, condition of the home, safety considerations, time required, supplies needed, and schedule availability. Any approved extended service will be quoted and confirmed before the appointment is scheduled.
